The hotel is centrally located in downtown Memphis, making it super convenient to explore the area with great dining options nearby. The rooms, although a bit small, are clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and went above and beyond with kindness. However, the noise issue with running water in the pipes made it hard to sleep in the morning, and the drinks were a bit overpriced.

I had a corner view room that allowed me to see a good portion of the area, but unfortunately, it reeked so bad of cigarette smoke that my clothes stank for the entire trip. The room lacked a coffee maker, and the lobby didn't have one either.
